A man, 28 years old, from Fürstenfeld, Styria, Austria, was arrested by the Austrian police for buying drugs. He allegedly purchased amphetamine and ecstasy on a hidden part of the internet called the dark web.
The investigation began on February 9, 2022, after customs officers in Vienna, Austria, intercepted a suspicious package addressed to the suspect. Inside the package, they found some amphetamine and ecstasy.
On March 8, 2022, the police searched the suspect’s home in Fürstenfeld. They found and seized 75 LSD tabs, 110 grams of cannabis, six cannabis plants, cannabis oil, and equipment used for growing cannabis.
The Austrian police stated that the 28-year-old suspect did not admit to the accusations. He is currently being held in police custody.
